Digital Trust and Safety Specialist with Czech and English

Mercier Consultancy MD is actively seeking a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in Czech and English to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and integrity of our digital platforms by monitoring user content, investigating safety concerns, and implementing policies to foster a secure and trustworthy online environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content to detect violations of community guidelines, taking appropriate action as necessary.
• Conduct in-depth investigations of safety incidents, analyzing data and evidence to resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine digital trust and safety policies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on safety trends and incidents to aid strategic decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving digital safety challenges and best practices to proactively enhance platform security.
• Engage with users to promote awareness and understanding of safe online behaviors.
• Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage safety incidents and user interactions.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing online safety risks.
• Familiarity with digital safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is advantageous.
