📍 North County or South County San Diego, CA (Field-Based) | 1x Weekly In-Office Meeting in Miramar

💰 On-Target Earnings: $150,000–$200,000+

What You'll Do

  • Prospect for residential acquisition opportunities throughout your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, referral partners, and investors
  • Conduct property walkthroughs and evaluate investment opportunities
  • Analyze renovation scope, ARV, and acquisition potential
  • Present and negotiate offers on behalf of the company
  • Manage opportunities throughout the acquisition process
  • Maintain CRM activity and KPI tracking

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Active California Real Estate License
  • 1+ year of residential real estate experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to confidently present and negotiate offers
  • Reliable transportation for regular property visits
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Work Environment

  • Primarily field-based throughout North County or South County San Diego
  • Weekly in-person team meetings at our Miramar office
  • Daily sales huddles and ongoing coaching
  • Performance measured by activity and results, not micromanagement
  • Flexible schedule built around achieving key performance metrics

Compensation

  • $4,000/month guaranteed base salary during the first 4 months
  • Transition to the full commission plan after onboarding
  • Benefits and mileage reimbursement
  • Realistic earnings potential of $150,000–$200,000+ annually
  • Top performers have a path to exceed $250,000+
