Senior Flutter Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our innovative product development team at Talent-360.me. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, collaborating with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

You will lead the mobile app development lifecycle from concept to deployment and support, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and other services.
• Implement expressive and flexible UI designs according to product requirements.
• Optimize app performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart programming language.
• Proven experience building and deploying Flutter apps for both iOS and Android.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Excellent understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
