Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, and attract exceptional candidates across diverse industries using your expertise in recruitment.
  • Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate negotiation, and offer finalization.
  • Keep up to date with recruitment industry trends and best practices to optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Provide consistent updates and insights to management regarding recruitment progress and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional, ideally in a freelance capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and proactive approach to recruitment challenges and evolving candidate markets.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
