Job description

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Performance Testing & DevOps Engineer to join our team supporting applications. This role focuses on performance testing activities, DevOps-related tasks, developing performance testing scenarios into LoadRunner as well as transforming existing JMeter-based performance testing scenarios into LoadRunner .

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and execute robust performance testing scenarios using Apache JMeter and LoadRunner
  • Migrate existing Apache JMeter test executions to LoadRunner, ensuring continuity and reliability
  • Simulate complex user journeys and strict authentication flows typical of applications
  • Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines , including integration with tools such as Git , Jira , and Maven
  • Setup and maintain new automation flows for LoadRunner scripts
  • Support infrastructure and scripting tasks for system operations and continuous integration, to ensure a smooth performance testing workflow
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with Docker for containerization and isolated testing environments
  • Proficiency in Linux and Bash scripting for system configuration and automation.
  • Knowledge of Groovy and Java, or solid general-purpose programming skills.
  • General understanding of web technologies and protocols to support performance test development.
  • Experience with LoadRunner, including scenario migration and performance test execution.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
