Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Robotics/Oil & Gas
Company: PetroBot Technologies Private Limited
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 Years (Technical B2B Sales / NDT / Oil & Gas preferred)
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Electronics/Electrical also considered) or equivalent field experience.
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only (Max 15 days notice period)
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Lead Generation: Find new B2B leads using the GeM Portal, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
- Sales Execution: Conduct cold calls, send pitches, and introduce our robotic solutions to industrial clients.
- Client Coordination: Act as the first point of contact, schedule technical demos, and maintain the CRM.
- Tender Support: Help the team compile data for quotations, bids, and government tender documents.
- Market Tracking: Monitor competitor activities and track industry shifts.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred. Candidates with strong, relevant field experience in NDT/Oil & Gas sales without a degree are also welcome.
- Experience: 1–3 years in B2B technical sales, industrial services, or engineering sales.
- Skills: Strong cold-calling skills, excellent English & Hindi communication, and a target-driven mindset.
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately or within 2 weeks.
