Position Summary

Join us in the vital role we play in the cultural and artistic life of the UCLA campus and broader community. As a Fundraising Coordinator with the UCLA School of the Arts and Architecture (SoAA), you can start or advance your career as part of one of the premier public arts schools in the nation. The School’s internationally acclaimed museums and groundbreaking performing arts programs offer rich access to exhibitions, collections, performances, lectures and workshops by established and emerging artists from LA and around the globe. Fundraising makes this possible and enables the SoAA to broaden and enhance the experiences of its students and faculty. In this role, you will learn about fundraising and build meaningful relationships with donors and colleagues by assisting with scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, responding to inquiries, managing information, and travel planning if needed. Salary & Compensation

*UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Salary offers at the top of the range are not common.   • Ability to learn and deliver customer service skills such as interacting in a friendly, professional manner and responding quickly and appropriately to requests. (Required)

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, take initiative, be resourceful and make decisions. (Required)
  • Ability to research, gather, analyze, and synthesize information from sources such as online searches, databases and files. (Required)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships. (Required)
  • Ability to work as part of a team, be detail oriented, organized and meet deadlines. (Required)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to use discretion. (Required)
