Job Details
The Catholic Health Home Care Utilization Coordinator is responsible for providing accurate and timely authorization for services. Assuring that the appropriate number of visits recorded and obtains needed documentation from clinical staff to support visit needs. May assist with insurance authorization. Responsible to maintain relationships with Care Managers from the insurance companies.
Position Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a CHHA, LTHHCP, LHCSA or managed care organization preferred
- Knowledgeable regarding Federal and State regulations as they apply to a CHHA
Salary Range
USD $30.00 - USD $34.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
