Overview
The Medical Group Growth Coordinator drives growth by developing and managing physician-based growth plans rooted in referral strategy, community engagement, and targeted market tactics. Plays a central role in the Medical Group's strategic planning process, leading market analysis, contributing to service line initiatives, and building business plans that support sustainable expansion. Collaborates with Medical Group, executives, and service line leaders to identify and advance opportunities for new and expanded providers, services, and care delivery.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business required
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required
- Four years of experience in Healthcare/Medical
- Must be able to achieve results in a large, complex organization •
- Highly developed verbal, written, and analytical skills are necessary
- Group facilitation and presentation skills needed
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously
- Self-motivation and the ability to perform with minimal supervision
- Support UF Health Central Florida mission, vision, and values
- Seeks low level of supervision/direction on projects
- Has direct relationships with senior leadership, middle management, and physicians throughout the organization
- Maintains a high level of responsibility •
- Knowledge of using a Medical Staff Development Plan to meet community needs for various medical specialties
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
