Position is responsible for supporting customers over the phone and via email. Team member will ensure customer requirements and expectations are met and exceeded through service excellence
This is a Temporary Position for six months.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Customer Support applicant is required to posses the following abilities and skills
•
Entry level position
- Willing to take on a temporary position for 6 months
•
Focus on customer service
•
Engage, understand and commit to follow company’s policies, values and indicators
•
High focus on data quality and accuracy
•
Effective interaction with customer support co-workers locally and across regions
•
Propose and promote smarter ways of working to meet our customer needs in a more efficient way
•
Process oriented and results driven
•
Self-motivated team player, focused on working and sharing best practice.
Job Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Successful applicants for this role will possess the following qualifications
- 6 months of customer support experience.
- 6 months of experience in the maritime and logistics industry preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency on other languages will be a plus (German or French).
- College degree not required but will be a plus.
- High level in computer knowledge is needed to work in multiple applications.
- Ability to work under pressure, to reach personal and team assigned goals
- Schedule flexibility required.
- Clear and articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
