Position: Maintenance Mechanic III Factory Location: Hot Springs Village, AR Compensation: $40.82 / hour at time of hire with $.50 increases at 90 and 180 days with successful review Sign on Bonus: $4000 paid after 90 days of employment Shift differential: 6% - 8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked Schedule: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am on a 2-2-3 rotation; night shift Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs Benefits of working for Primo Brands: Health Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), dependent care flexible spending account (FSA, heath savings account (HSA) Retirement/Investing: 401K with a 5% match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Insurance: Employee Life Insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, spouse/domestic partner/child life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment Other great benefits: Employee discounts, save on auto, home, and pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays, paid leave for when you have a baby, adopt a child, or become a foster parent, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption reimbursement benefit, FEDlogic, commuter benefits Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections and complete required repairs Respond to and resolve emergency equipment issues during production in a timely and efficient manner Support equipment changeovers to ensure smooth and efficient operations Modify and/or fabricate equipment to support line performance and improvements Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues efficiently Maintain equipment to support maximum reliability and consistent product quality Perform maintenance and upkeep for plant equipment and off-site facilities Accurately complete and maintain shift maintenance logs Execute start-up and shutdown procedures for all plant equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company standards Operate and work on equipment using industrial chemicals (including caustics, acids, and ammonia) following safety guidelines Participate in on-call rotation to support emergency maintenance needs Qualifications Qualifications Experience in industrial maintenance or related fields, including work with mechanical systems and computerized equipment Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and welding Millwright certification or experience preferred Experience with HVAC and/or plumbing systems a plus Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment Effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production demands Ability to lift up to 60 pounds Ability to perform frequent walking and standing throughout the shift Ability to safely perform multi-task operations while maintaining performance standards Willingness to work flexible shifts, as needed to support production and project requirements Availability to meet operational and emergency needs, including on-call expectations Must be able to provide own tools Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.
