The role

Process Engineer

Would you like to drive organizational transformation initiatives through continuous process improvement and document management?

Are you motivated by working on strategic projects designing efficient processes, defining indicators, and promoting result-oriented methodologies?

You will be part of a team focused on process optimization and organizational evolution, participating in initiatives where operational efficiency, documentation, and continuous improvement are essential.

What you´ll do

• Design, document, and optimize processes and procedures aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Participate in the definition and monitoring of management indicators, OKRs, and metrics focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Support initiatives related to document taxonomy, process management, and organizational standardization.
• Collaborate in agile ceremonies, backlog management, and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Analyze processes and propose solutions focused on automation, operational transformation, and continuous optimization.

What we need to see from you

• Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Knowledge of process mapping, documentation, and improvement using BPMN, ISO standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in designing and tracking management indicators, data analysis, and dashboard development using tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks, project management, root cause analysis, and document management.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable, as well as Design Thinking and experience with process automation tools such as RPA or BPMS.
