How you'll make an impact Primarily focused on providing communication project consultancy and implementation guidance for assigned client accounts. Services client accounts through day-to-day account, project, and stakeholder management, best practices advisement, and coordination of production resources. Key responsibilities include: ownership and coordination of client projects, budget management, tactical consulting and problem solving, and developing/maintaining essential relationships, both internal and external, Accountable for the day-to-day quality, timeliness and overall standard of all project work produced for assigned clients. Manages all stages of a project (including, but not limited to, briefings, checking drafts, implementing amendments, proofreading, print management and spot checking when required) to ensure the project is delivered on specification and to the highest quality. May provide guidance to lower level staff, but has no formal supervisory responsibility. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required. Proven project management capability and experience. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing skills, creative and technical copywriting and copy-editing, experience of proofreading. Preferred: Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required to maintain and enhance your knowledge and skills. Behaviors: Service oriented. Excellent organization skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and develop workable solutions.
