What the day will look like Maintain a focus on client retention and revenue growth to develop new business opportunities within Financial Services & Professions Group (FSPG) across Asia. Build and maintain close business relationship with key clients at decision making / C-level Work with country operations and management in the selection, training, development and motivation of in-country staff, and the establishment and delivery of best practice service standards for the FSPG client base Partner country and regional management and service teams to deliver the widest practical range of products and services available from Aon for the FSPG client base, and to maximise all opportunities for interdependency across the Aon geographies and solution lines Achievement of FSPG budgets and business plans, as formulated in collaboration with Commercial Risk, Global leadership and country management Develop FSPG practices within existing country operations, and to maximise the effectiveness of the Aon Asia regional network Skills and experience that will lead to success Significant experience as a leader in the FSPG Insurance industry, ideally with expertise in Medical Malpractice Insurance and Construction PI Insurance Experienced candidates could be considered for the role of Broking Leader, FSPG Asia Strong relationship building and management capability in a revenue generating capacity Proven interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of dealing with domestic and international clients, business partners and external bodies Strong track record of creating and influencing teams – able to motivate and inspire team to achieve success Enthusiastic team player with strong relationship and empathy building skills who is capable of leading change / plans to a diverse range of relationships.
