Job description
Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets is seeking a Packer for our production line. This position’s responsibility is to ensure that the product is packed as required by customer requirements. Team work, multi-tasking, accuracy and a sense of urgency are required daily to ensure orders are produced and packed correctly.

What You Will Do
•
Review and understand the production paperwork for every order
•
Work with operator to fill out the paperwork correctly and ensure product is running correctly
•
Check package count throughout the shift to ensure correct count
•
Weigh boxes when necessary to ensure consistency
•
Keeps track of the number of cases produced during the shift
•
Put labels on boxes correctly
•
Work areas must be cleaned and organized for the next shift
•
Load pallets according to Production Report requirements
•
Check the label information and box printer to make sure it is correct.
•
Quality checks when necessary
•
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Position Details
•
Plant location: Swannanoa, North Carolina
•
Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm
•
Compensation: $16/hour
Minimum Qualifications
•
High School diploma or equivalent
•
1+ years of experience in production
•
Immigration Sponsorship not available for this opportunity
Physical Demands
•
Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
•
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $12.93 - $19.40. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
