The Component Aftermarket Integration Product Team (CAIPT) Leader will manage the Turbine Exhaust Case and Augmentor (TEC/AUG) hardware and be the Rolls Royce (RR) hardware focal within the CAIPT. This CAIPT leader will lead a cross-functional team of professionals including CSE, CIPT Engineering, ASE, F135 Sustainment, Military Engines Sustainment Operations, & ELMT with focused and coordinated efforts to maintain Program sustainment requirements. In this role, the CAIPT lead will establish and execute the aftermarket support strategy while identifying and assessing and initiating response to immediate needs, risks, issues, and concerns. This is a high visibility role, the CAIPT lead regularly reports and presents at key meetings with Program leadership and Government customers. As a Lead, you are responsible for mitigating new urgent items, while also completing proactive efforts to reduce future issues, and implementing systemic improvements with their cross-functional teams to ensure hardware availability.

What Will You Do

Owner of cradle to grave sustainment items within the TEC/AUG CIPT

Responsible for partnering with RR team on sustainment engineering items

Lead the cross-functional team ensuring hardware support and reducing program risks

Understands and communicates hardware concerns to all team members to ensure timely resolution

Expose gaps and identify solutions for hardware supportability

Present at various meetings to update the larger audience of updates and issues on a regular basis, as well as representing PW as a primary customer contact

Understands roles and responsibilities of all CAIPT team members

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree

10 years of experience in engineering or program management or An advanced degree with 7 years of engineering or program management experience

Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Proven experience leading teams and managing personnel

Qualifications We Prefer

1+ years of propulsion system sustainment experience

Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
