Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Banking and Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting detailed requirements, conducting gap analyses, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. This role will also focus on enhancing customer experience through the application of UX/UI principles and supporting omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed requirements including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and User Stories.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new digital initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment and challenge ideas constructively to refine project scope and strategy.
• Apply UX/UI principles to enhance banking applications and support omnichannel strategies across mobile, web, and branch touchpoints.
• Assess risks associated with new digital products and maintain awareness of cybersecurity basics in digital banking.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in Requirements Gathering & Documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
• Strong capability in Gap Analysis & Impact Assessment.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management & Communication skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Digital Banking Platforms and understanding of API Integration & Open Banking standards.
• Basic SQL proficiency and ability to interpret data models.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Business Analysis within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced digital environments.
