Account Management Lead
•
Drive, action and follow through UHG Governance meetings with Practice Leadership, TAG leadership and Delivery
•
Proactively monitor, manage, and improve SVP Gold Card performance metrics
•
Work with MU leader and CP to expand and manage account plan in alignment with overall BU and account strategy. Incorporate strategic and operational aspects and processes for data driven feedback.
•
Coordinate with business development teams to align towards alliance-led growth for UHG with key partners (Google, Salesforce, Pega, etc.) to unlock co-sell opportunities and differentiated solutions
•
Partner with MU leader, Practices, and Alliances to build and execute account plans and pursuit strategies
•
Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Consulting, AI, Data, Delivery, Talent) to create a “mini company” operating model for UHG
•
Build executive-level messaging, account narratives, and internal/external communications to elevate visibility and positioning
•
Support business dev across UHG and Optum by identifying, shaping, and converting strategic opportunities
•
Act as the central anchor for UHG pipeline management, including SFDC hygiene, deal tracking, forecasting, and governance
