Job Requirements

Position Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Global Seamless Tube & Pipes Inc., including budgeting, cash flow management, project construction cost control, banking relationships, government incentive programs, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The position plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, expansion projects, and the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial operations of the company, including budgeting,
• forecasting, financial planning, accounting oversight, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and long-term cash flow forecasts, ensuring sufficient liquidity to support operations, payroll, vendor payments, capital expenditures, and expansion projects.
• Monitor and control project construction costs, capital expenditures, contractor billings, and project budgets while providing regular cost analysis and financial updates to management.
• Serve as the primary liaison with banks, lenders, and financial institutions, coordinating loan applications, funding requests, disbursements, financial documentation, and ongoing lender compliance requirements.
• Manage all government incentive programs, tax credits, grants, rebates, and economic development agreements by ensuring timely reporting, compliance certifications, payroll reporting, and communication with government agencies and consultants.
• Analyze financial performance, operating costs, and profitability trends, providing recommendations to management for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury functions, and working capital management to ensure effective cash management and financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, company policies, audit requirements, and reporting obligations.
• Coordinate closely with operations, engineering, project management, purchasing, human resources, and executive leadership to support manufacturing operations and company expansion activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain strong financial controls, procedures, and reporting systems to safeguard company assets and improve operational effectiveness.
• Lead and supervise finance and accounting personnel while providing financial guidance and support to senior management in achieving the company’s short-term and long-term objectives.
