About the Role
We are looking for a Process Manager – Retail Operations RCC Recon to join our Recon, Compliance & Controls team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily reconciliation activities, monitoring compliance, and implementing control processes across retail banking transactions. The candidate will lead a team of processing specialists, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy, while coordinating with the compliance department to identify risks and enforce effective controls.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of processing specialists to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee reconciliation processes across retail banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the compliance department to identify potential risks and implement appropriate control measures.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance existing reconciliation and control processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the unit.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reconciliation, compliance, or banking operations.
