Job description
We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead a CRM team based in India. This role is accountable for team leadership, delivery excellence, and ensuring the CRM function effectively supports business priorities at scale. You will be responsible for setting direction, managing capacity and priorities, developing team members, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality execution across CRM initiatives. In parallel, you will work closely with global stakeholders to understand business needs, align priorities, and ensure CRM solutions are delivered in a predictable, well‑governed manner.
This role focuses on collaboration, communication, and ownership bridging business strategy and CRM delivery. You will help shape the CRM roadmap, establish operating rhythms and best practices, and ensure Salesforce continues to evolve in support of global growth and operational efficiency.
Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the global CRM team to ensure alignment, shared standards, and a cohesive operating model.
- Oversee the maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes, integrations, and configurations.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Salesforce tools.
- Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.
More information about this role:
- This is a full-time and in-office position, reporting to our Chennai office 5 days a week.
- The targeted compensation package for this role is between INR 20,00,000 and INR 25,00,000, subject upon internal equity and years of experience. We may make further adjustments through an approval process if the targeted compensation range needs to be modified based on business needs and market trends.
Education:
- BA/BS in computer science, software engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university is strongly preferred.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
Experience:
- Miminum of 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience is required.
- Minimum of 2+ years in a people management role is required.
- Proven experience with Salesforce including configuration, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Omni-Channel.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience with any compliance requirements for ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA, or WebTrust.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
- Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
