Location Overview
Join our team in Amanoi. Claiming a spectacular stretch of Vietnam’s coastline within the verdant embrace of Nui Chua National Park and UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, Amanoi is a natural paradise overlooking Vinh Hy Bay. From its remote location - a rich and diverse mosaic of ecosystems – the resort’s clifftop restaurants and pool, lakeside Aman Spa and private golden sand beach, offer limitless opportunities for outdoor exploration, cultural immersion and serene time out.

Role
A competent Security manager is responsible to organize and oversee all security operations of Amanoi. Outsourced Security team will be under your command while you develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards.
As a Security manager, you will have to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills. You will need a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety.

Reporting line : General Manager, Resort Manager

Responsibilities

• Work independently and can stay onsite to handle all issues occurring at any time.
• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Monitor outsourced Security team to ensure Security Guards follow working procedures strictly
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Respond to emergencies
• Assign roster to Security Supervisor and monitor outsourced team’s performance.
• Review reports on incidents and breaches
• Investigate and resolve issues
• Create reports for management on security status
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements
• Co-ordinate with relevant Departments to fulfil your tasks at the highest level.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Security, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position at luxury resort
• Knowledge of safety regulations, fire prevention, and emergency procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English; 
• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information professionally.
• Background in military or police service is an advantage.
