Instructional Systems Designer

Designs and develops ILT and WBT instructional material for training courses pertaining to automotive manufacturing equipment and other subjects. Deliverables include course design documents, objectives, scripts, storyboards, instructor guides, student guides, PowerPoint presentations and knowledge assessments. Demonstrates and utilizes effective time management, course development, and technical writing skills. Able to independently conduct research and develop entry and advanced level courses for both internal and external audiences. Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools. Work with client subject matter experts and stakeholders, including personnel from manufacturing engineering and plant trades personnel to determine skill gaps and training content to include the objectives of the course and appropriate method of delivery. Develop Curriculum for training based on specific equipment, processes, and other topics.
