Evening Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)Under direct supervision, provides General Office support to effectively staff the nursing units.  Ideal candidate will assist the Administrative Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to provide staffing as needed. Responsibilities include:

• Answers multiple phone lines and responds to caller's questions or directs the call to the appropriate party. .
• Responds to requests for information via mail, phone or in-person; gathers appropriate forms and documents, searches for and copies documents from archived records and forwards to requestor.

-Opens sorts and distributes incoming mail and processes outgoing mail.

-Copies, distribute and files paperwork such as  timesheets, and general correspondence.

-Provides support to payroll staff through detailed and accurate record keeping of schedules, absences and work locations.

Requirements: Previous staffing experience preferred. Detail oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Education: High School diploma required.

Evening Shift; 2p-10p

Salary Range: $25.134/hr - $26.461/hr
