We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will be the first point of contact for clients seeking relief from unsecured debt. This role goes beyond traditional sales — it requires the ability to build trust quickly, assess a client's complete financial picture, and guide them toward the program best suited to their specific needs.
The ideal candidate combines the consultative skills of a financial counselor with the energy and drive of a high-performing sales professional. If you are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives through sound financial guidance, this is your opportunity.

Client Consultation & Financial Assessment
- Conduct in-depth financial consultations via phone to evaluate each client's debt obligations, income, assets, and monthly expenses.
- Review and analyze credit reports, billing statements, and payment histories to assess eligibility for financial wellness programs.
- Develop personalized financial plans focused on eliminating high-interest unsecured debt efficiently and affordably.
- Provide clear, educated, and empathetic financial advice tailored to each client's unique situation.
Sales & Program Enrollment
- Present and recommend the most appropriate financial program options based on the client's profile.
- Handle objections professionally, building confidence and trust throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets and performance KPIs.
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture interest and move them through the pipeline effectively.
Communication & Client Experience
- Manage inbound and outbound calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, maintaining a tone that is clear, empathetic, and solution-focused.
- Document all client interactions, data, and program details accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, client success) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Availability to work on site in Medelllin.
- Excelent communication skills in English (C1)
- Previous experience in credit and/or collections, financial planning and sales preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form.
- Knowledge and use of PC Systems.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis.
- Full-time Colombian employment contract.
- Colombian public holidays.
- Vision care allowance.
- Prepaid medical coverage through SURA.
- Longevity bonuses.
- And much more!
