Guest Operations Specialist

Moving Doors is a tech-enabled property management and flexible living company providing fully furnished, design-led apartments for mid- to long-term stays. Operating across Limassol, Paphos and Athens, the company combines hospitality standards with technology and operational excellence to deliver a seamless living experience for guests and property owners.

As we continue to expand, with over 400 units, we are currently looking for a Guest Operations Specialist based in Athens to join our high-performing operations team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys being in the field, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that apartments are fully prepared and maintained to the highest standards for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and exit inspections, Matterport scans, and arrange photoshoots
• Manage light maintenance, deliveries, and apartment access for third parties
• Handle system input and prepare units for launch
• Supervise cleaning, staging, and contractor works
• Collaborate with guest relations for maintenance issues, including on-site resolution
• Oversee warehouse tasks
• Source and trial local contractors
• Facilitate viewings and grant apartment access to third parties (e.g. utility providers)
• Results-oriented go-getter; great at multitasking and managing competing priorities
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Project management experience while working under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with inventory management systems [advantage]
• Team player
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (the role requires regular travel within Athens)
