GENEPHARM S.A., a Leading European Generic Pharmaceutical Company, with an impressive international customer base, seeks to appoint:

Supply Chain Officer (Ref: S.C.O/26)

Main responsibilities

• Receive Customer’s orders, data entry of orders in ERP and order acknowledgement
• Follow-up with customers’ purchase orders
• Uploading new customers in ERP
• Provide pre-sales and after sales customer support
• Handle customer’s requests for supply issues
• Be responsible for the coordination and consolidation of customers’ forecast
• Generate reports on customers’ sales and forecast
• Be responsible for monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Be responsible for submitting timely reports using ERP and excel
• Cooperate with other departments

Requirements

• Have an excellent command (written and verbal) of the English language (knowledge of any other European language will be considered as an asset)
• Be proficient in the use of MS Office Programs.
• Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of the generic pharmaceutical market is desirable
• Have an outgoing personality and be customer focused
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be able to handle multiple tasks
• Be well organized and self-motivated
