Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations within the health system. Coordinates scheduling, prepares and maintains documents, manages communications, and supports day-to-day office functions. Responsible for maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies, assisting with meeting and event coordination, and serving as a liaison between internal departments and external contacts. Works under moderate supervision while exercising independent judgment to resolve routine issues, improve processes, and support organizational productivity and operational effectiveness.

- Coordinate calendars, meetings, scheduling, and communication across teams and stakeholders. • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and administrative records. • Manage office filing systems, supplies, and general administrative operations. • Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, events, and departmental activities. • Serve as a liaison between internal departments, leadership, vendors, and external contacts. • Resolve routine administrative and operational issues to support office efficiency. • Support workflow coordination and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects. • Maintain accurate records and organized administrative processes. • Provide professional customer service and communication support. • Contribute to a productive, efficient, and well-organized office environment.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support, office coordination, or related experience required
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a professional office environment preferred
