Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving and ensuring correct delivery of guest’s luggage to and from rooms, airport, and cars and assist all guest inquiries.
• Bellman performs various errands related to the guest’s needs, comfort and satisfaction.
• Promotes and desired work culture around The Hotel Ayana MidPlaza as world leading brand
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role in a luxury hotel is essential
• Must be strong in discipline and must possess team working skills.
• Must be cost conscious.
• Should be able to lift and carry weights during busy times.
• Must be able to perform efficiently during rush periods
