KORRES Global Brand Marketing is Hiring: Group Brand Manager
As KORRES continues to achieve remarkable international growth through successful product launches and increasing market share across global markets, we are further strengthening our Global Brand Marketing team and seeking experienced Group Brand Managers to lead key product categories.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline for assigned categories.
- Propose and drive the Global Annual Marketing Action Plan , ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing and communication toolkits and assets to support category growth across international markets.
- Monitor category performance , identify opportunities, and drive innovation to strengthen brand equity and commercial success.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Reporting Line
- Reports directly to the Global Brand Vice President .
- Postgraduate University degree in Marketing, Science, Economics, Communications or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of marketing and/or creative experience in a Marketing or Agency team. Experience on Beauty / Personal Care brands will be considered an asset
- Experience in digital marketing, specifically in the conception and development of digital brand campaigns, will be preferred
- Experience in product innovation projects will be considered an asset
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- PC literacy (MS office)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
