Role Overview
- Top 3 key responsibilities:
- Execute onboarding and training for 1 client
- Handle inquires and requests from client and address their needs
- Work closely with Client Services team to proactively identify any problems that may impact the client and work with different internal departments to resolve or prevent such issues
Candidate Requirements
- Required qualifications / certifications: Minimum 1 year of relevant Client Services, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in the media, consultancy, tech, PR & communications, or market research industry
- Years of experience required: 1-2 year
- Key technical or functional skills: Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Email and chat handling. Experience in handling any SAAS platforms would be an additional advantage.
- Soft skills / personality traits preferred: Good communication skills, Service-minded attitude, Problem-solving ability, Attention to detail
- Languages required: English and Thailand
