Remote Architectural Drafter

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter with strong Revit drafting experience and rendering capabilities . The role involves recreating and creating floor plans from historical data, modernizing layouts, and producing renders that reflect our design styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and update architectural floor plans in Revit based on historical project data.
• Integrate modernization elements into existing layouts while preserving original context.
• Produce high‑quality architectural renders showcasing multiple design styles.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions.
• Proven experience in architectural Revit drafting .
• Strong rendering skills
• Ability to interpret and recreate floor plans from legacy or historical sources.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt designs to modernization requirements.
• U.S. residential project experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with modular or panelized construction methods is a plus.
• English speaking proficiency.
