Project Manager

Sinc is an independent design and branding agency specializing in branding, corporate communications, editorial design, data visualization, motion graphics, digital assets, and creative production.

We work with international clients across a wide range of industries, delivering strategic design solutions through a collaborative team of designers, animators, and creative specialists.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help drive projects from brief to delivery while ensuring exceptional client experience and operational efficiency.

As Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 3–6 client accounts, coordinating internal teams, external partners, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

You will work closely with our Creative Director and design team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

This is a hybrid position based in Chalandri.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal creative teams.
• Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate a team of 8–10 in-house designers and external partners.
• Lead project kick-offs, status meetings, and progress reviews.
• Track project scope, deliverables, deadlines, and priorities.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts before they impact delivery.
• Ensure projects remain commercially viable and aligned with client expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Support the continuous improvement of internal workflows and processes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, account management, or production management within a branding, design, creative, advertising, or digital agency.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Asana or similar project management platforms (Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, Teamwork, etc.).
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Experience coordinating designers, animators, developers, or other creative professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.

• Experience in branding and corporate communications projects.

• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or creative production pipelines.
