• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native
• Ship 4+ React Native app releases per quarter
• Achieve 95%+ crash-free session rate
• Reduce app load time by 20%
• Deliver 100% of sprint commitments on time
• Mentor 2 junior developers annually
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Optimize application performance for iOS and Android platforms
• Manage app deployment processes using Xcode and Android Studio
