BARISTA-Seasonal
SUMMARY
The Barista is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other food and beverage offerings. This role requires maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while ensuring all products are prepared according to company standards. The Barista interacts directly with guests, processes transactions accurately, and contributes to creating a positive and memorable guest experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good communication skills; able to speak English and interact professionally with guests and co-workers.
- Previous experience as a Barista, Cashier, or in a food and beverage environment preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso machines, and beverage recipes preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ability to accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Physically capable of lifting supplies, equipment, and product deliveries.
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.

Stock products according to company procedures; monitor inventory levels throughout the shift and replenish supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
SANITATION
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, maintain proper food storage temperatures, practice personal hygiene standards, and comply with local health department regulations.
