Senior Mechanical Engineer

If so, we invite you to join our team as a Mechanical Engineer focusing on Instrumentation and Automation Systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for mechanical design and engineering implementation of instruments and automation systems, including system-level architecture, layout planning, and integration kit mechanical design, 3D modeling, detailed drawings, BOM preparation, and related technical documentation based on system requirements.
• Collaborate closely with system and software engineers to complete system or subsystem integration, debugging, and iterative optimization.
• Support and participate in integrated system testing activities, including functional testing, stability and repeatability verification, durability, and reliability testing.
• Focus on Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and cost considerations during system integrations design and project execution.
• Take on or support system integration project management, including schedule tracking, risk identification, technical coordination, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields; ability to independently drive the full mechanical engineering workflow: concept design → detailed design → drawing release → assembly and debug follow-up.
• Proficient in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and engineering drawing generation.
• Strong engineering judgment with the ability to proactively consider assembly logic, tolerances, structural stability, maintainability, and real-world implementation constraints during design.
• 5+ years of mechanical design experience with exposure to instrumentation or automation system projects.
• Team spirit, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility; good communication skills and collaboration mindset, able to work efficiently in cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience with system-level layout design or integrated automation system development.
• Experience working with suppliers on component selection, prototyping, machining, or fabrication follow-up.

As a Plus

• Experience with laboratory instruments, analytical instruments, automation equipment, or industrial systems.
• Hands-on experience with system testing, engineering validation, or reliability-related activities (e.g., life testing, stability testing, test fixture design).
