EHS & Facility Manager

We are seeking an experienced EHS & Facility Manager to lead environmental, health & safety (EHS) and facility management programs at our Tianjin site. This role is responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance, driving a proactive safety culture, and continuously improving EHS and facility performance to support business operations.

What we’ll get you doing:

• Lead and implement EHS and facility programs in compliance with local regulations and corporate standards
• Manage environmental permits, regulatory reporting, and maintain strong relationships with government authorities
• Drive risk identification, hazard analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives using ISO standards and DBS tools
• Oversee chemical management, hazardous waste control, and workplace safety programs
• Manage incident investigations, corrective actions, and emergency preparedness programs
• Ensure effective facility operations, including maintenance, vendor management, and site services
• Support cross-functional projects, change management, and business continuity planning

The essential requirements of the role include:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in EHS, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of EHS management experience in a manufacturing environment (chemical industry preferred)
• Solid knowledge of China EHS regulations and compliance requirements
• Familiar with ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 and risk management practices
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
