Responsibilities •
Provide operational and administrative support to business leaders and teams.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business documentation.

Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.

Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

2–4 years of experience in a business support, operations, or administrative role.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
•
Experience in the gaming, technology, or entertainment industry.
•
Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, or contract administration.
•
Multilingual capabilities (a plus, but not required).
