What the day will look like Team Leadership & Operations Lead, coach, and develop a team of Executive Assistants supporting APAC leaders Set clear performance expectations, monitor delivery standards, and drive accountability Manage capacity and workload allocation across the team, ensuring effective support for business priorities Support the ongoing evolution of the EA operating model, including process improvement and standardization Lead and embed change initiatives aligned to Project Atlas and broader transformation goals Partner closely with Operations Manager and other Team Managers to ensure alignment and consistency across regions Executive Support for APAC Leaders Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing proactive and anticipatory support Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring prioritization of critical business activities Coordinate leadership meetings and governance forums, including agenda management, materials preparation, and follow-ups Support high-impact engagements with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners Plan and manage regional and international travel, ensuring seamless execution Oversee timely and accurate expense management Communication & Business Support Draft, review, and manage communications on behalf of leaders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business messaging Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documents aligned with Aon brand standards Support business activities such as meeting preparation, action tracking, and light analysis where required Maintain strong coordination across functions and geographies to enable smooth execution of leadership priorities Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Find opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve the EA experience Drive best practices across the team, including tools, templates, and ways of working Ensure high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all outputs How this opportunity is different We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Team Manager. Skills and experience that will lead to success Proven experience (3-5 years) supporting senior leaders in a regional or global environment Strong business English proficiency (written and verbal) Demonstrated people management or team coordination experience Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across seniority levels Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism Ability to lead through ambiguity and change, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and geographies How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
