GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive DevOps strategy and execution across a portfolio of Azure-hosted applications. This is a hands-on “player-coach” role where you will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment strategies while mentoring a small DevOps team. You’ll work closely with engineering, cloud, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions aligned with enterprise standards. This role requires strong technical depth, ownership mindset, and the ability to balance execution with leadership in a fast-paced environment.
