The Opportunity
Th is is a high-impact, client-facing role whe re you’ll take ownership of a major strategic customer. You’ll ensure exceptional service delivery, strengthen relationships, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a key strategic customer
- Be the voice of your customer and their go-to reliable representative
- Deliver outstanding service and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage complex or non-standard requirements
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific SOPs
- Lead projects using DHL’s DePICT Business Delivery Framework
- Develop clint development roadmaps , plans, and specifications, and oversee execution
What You Bring
- Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years in freight forwarding , logistics , supply chain, or account management
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Experience with Microsoft programs and PowerBI
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships confidently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
