•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience

•3–5 years of experience in industrial controls, automation, or a related engineering discipline

•Practical experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley ControlLogix / CompactLogix, Siemens S7/TIA Portal, or similar platforms)

•Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings

•Strong troubleshooting skills with sensors, pneumatics, VFDs, and electromechanical systems

•Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, etc.)

•Experience in material handling environments (warehousing automation, robotics, AGVs/AMRs, conveyor systems)

•Knowledge of SCADA/HMI platforms (Ignition, FactoryTalk View, WinCC, etc.)

•Experience building, wiring, or modifying industrial control panels

•Understanding of safety standards (NFPA 70/79, ISO 13849, OSHA)

•Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to be hands-on

•Comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments
