Role Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Investment Banking and end-to-end process understanding. The role focuses on driving business analysis, testing strategy, and quality governance across large-scale system changes, upgrades, and migration programs.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business, operations, technology, and vendors, ensuring successful delivery through structured testing, risk-based approaches, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and impacts Work across front-to-back Investment Banking processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives Define and manage testing strategy, approach, and artefacts across complex change programs Oversee testing lifecycle management, including SIT, UAT, and migration validation Establish and enforce test governance frameworks, including quality gates, risk identification, and defect management

Experience working with third-party/vendor software providers Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Ability to engage and influence senior management stakeholders Capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Core Competencies
