TEAL-Engineer Project

Job Requirements

The purpose of the role is to proactively lead and manage engineering projects within the aerospace manufacturing environment by coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards, and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.

• Proactively plan, execute, and track aerospace manufacturing projects to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination across design, production, quality, and supply chain functions to ensure aligned and effective project execution
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to resolve technical and project-related issues.
