About the role
•
Drive a digital‑first professional engagement model for dental professionals in the Nordics.
•
Increase recommendation frequency, measured through MOAR and related indicators.
•
Make Philips easier and more relevant to engage with digitally.
•
Generate scalable learnings for DP digital engagement models.
Key responsibilities
Strategy & Activation
•
Translate the WEU Professional Marketing strategy into a local Nordic digital-first activation plan
•
Define clear objectives, KPIs, and success criteria for the digital go-to-market
•
Balance speed of learning with professional credibility and compliance.
Digital Professional Marketing & CRM
•
Own digital journeys across CRM, media, and engagement platforms.
•
Design and optimize automated education, trial, and follow-up flows with dentists and dental hygienist.
•
Drive excellence in segmentation, targeting, and content personalization.
•
Work closely with digital, media, and marketing teams and agencies and manage on demand content for dental professionals.
Education, KOL & University Engagement
•
Develop and execute an education strategy, creating high-quality, clinically relevant content for dental professionals and students.
•
Plan and host webinars and university lectures to educate, engage, and strengthen professional relationships.
•
Identify, engage, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other professional stakeholders.
•
Build and expand partnerships with dental associations, dental universities, distributors, and professional communities.
Performance & Learning
•
Track reach, engagement, usage, and recommendation (MOAR).
•
Translate data into actionable insights to drive a seamless, personal and effective digital experience.
Stakeholder & Budget Management
•
Ensure strong alignment with internal and external colleagues.
•
Safeguard E2E consistency across consumer, retail, and professional touchpoints.
•
Own the Professional Marketing A&P budget.

More dental professionals are reached and engaged more frequently.

Philips is perceived as easy and valuable to engage with digitally.
•
Recommendation frequency (MOAR) improves measurably.
•
Clear, scalable learnings are generated for future engagement models.
You are a great fit if you have
•
6–10+ years of experience in Professional Marketing, ideally within Oral Care, MedTech, or Healthcare.
•
Strong experience with digital-first marketing, CRM, and marketing automation with the support of an external agency.
•
Proven exposure to education-based marketing, KOL engagement, and/or university collaboration.
•
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, dashboards, and Excel.
•
Experience working in matrix organizations.
•
A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
•
A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
•
Fluency in English; Swedish or another Nordic language is a strong advantage.
