Mission of this role

As Content Manager at Rentman you own and improve key areas of the Rentman Support Center by connecting content strategy to real customer and business data. You translate ticket drivers, search behaviour and product changes into content that reduces support load and helps customers reach value faster without needing someone to hand you a brief.

This role sits within the Customer Content & Community team, part of the broader Customer Experience department. You report to the Team Lead Customer Content & Community.

What you'll do

Plan and write content for new Support Center feature releases across one or more product areas, working independently and ensuring all release articles are published within 48 hours of each feature launch.

Keep your article portfolio up to date and performing, targeting a Helpfulness Score of ≥70% across your owned content.

Analyse helpfulness scores, internal search data and support ticket drivers to identify where customers are getting stuck and act on it.

Contribute to content lifecycle planning for your assigned product areas, including identifying information architecture gaps.

Track your content's impact on a regular cadence and contribute to the team's Self-Service Ratio target of above 10.0.

Author changelogs and collaborate with Product and Product Marketing on release communication towards customer-facing teams.

Participate in AI and tooling experiments that drive innovation, and document what you learn and share it with the team.

Act as the primary content liaison for one or more internal teams (Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success or Support), running feedback intake and keeping stakeholders informed.
