Job description

San Francisco Bay Area
In-Office, 5 days per week onsite required
Contract: six months
Compensation: W2

This is a contract Recruiting Coordinator engagement supporting a dedicated Product and Design recruiting function at a high-growth fintech company. The hiring manager has described demand as growing exponentially, and the team needs an RC who can come in, get up to speed quickly, and own the scheduling and coordination workflow end to end.

Day to day, you will own interview scheduling across phone and video formats, manage candidate communications from application through offer, and maintain data integrity within Greenhouse. You will be the operational backbone of the recruiting team, keeping pipelines clean, postings current, and candidates well-informed throughout their journey. Beyond scheduling, you will proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and recruiter partnerships, functioning as a true team contributor rather than a pure task executor.

You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage candidate pipelines and keep requisition activity organized and moving. Attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and a candidate-first mindset are central to how this team operates.

If you have RC experience in a fast-paced tech or fintech environment and know how to help keep a busy recruiting operation running smoothly without dropping details, this engagement is built for you.

  • Local, in-office SanFran RC (not remote)

  • 3 or more years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role or similar capacity
  • Ability to work fully in-office at the client's Bay Area location; remote candidates will not be considered, sorry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners
  • Proven self-starter who can troubleshoot and resolve scheduling or coordination roadblocks without waiting to be directed
  • Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-volume recruiting environment
  • Strong integrity and discretion when handling confidential candidate and hiring information
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and Google Workspace required; Goodtime experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting Product and Design recruiting teams
  • Familiarity with Goodtime scheduling automation
  • Background in process documentation or workflow improvement within a recruiting or HR operations context
  • Experience maintaining ATS data hygiene and job posting management across multiple open requisitions
