Key Responsibilities
- Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Clinical Management: Design, monitor, and adjust patient-specific therapeutic regimens to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside physicians and clinic staff to clarify orders and document interventions in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Medication Oversight: Prepare, dispense, and verify prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and regulatory compliance.
- Patient Education: Provide routine counseling on drug information, side effects, and adherence to patients and caregivers.
- Professional Leadership: Supervise supportive personnel, manage departmental projects, and lead system-wide health initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Schedule:
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Licensure:
- Licensed Pharmacist (KS) - Kansas Board of Pharmacy
- Licensed Pharmacist (MO) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
- Medication Therapy Services (MTS) Certification - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
