Demonstrated ability to take ownership of well‑defined components or features, make sound implementation tradeoffs, and align solutions with established architectural and domain standards.
Practice driving operational improvements within your area, such as enhancing observability, automating repetitive tasks, or improving performance, resilience, or cost efficiency of services you support.
Hands‑on experience using AI‑driven tools, platforms, or workflows in the software development lifecycle, and safely integrating AI/ML‑enabled components into production services under guidance from more experienced engineers.
Experience applying data‑driven decision making in design and implementation, including using metrics, experimentation, or analytics to inform technical choices and improve product or system outcomes.
