Job description

A diagnostic neuroradiologist with expertise in endovascular thrombectomy is required to join a group of 54 radiologists, 7 of whom specialize in neuroradiology in an academic hospital.

Halifax is the growing capital city of Nova Scotia in Canada’s Maritime provinces. It is a popular summer cruise ship destination and home to several universities. Halifax is a medium sized city which offers a high quality of life. 

The candidate will be an FRCPC, or equivalent, in Diagnostic Radiology and have a minimum two-year fellowship in diagnostic and/or interventional neuroradiology. The candidate will be proficient in diagnostic neuroimaging, image guided spine procedures and endovascular stroke treatment. A proven academic record is required.
